The recent First Amendment decisions of the Supreme Court have met with criticism both from those who think the Court has gone too far and from those who think it has not gone far enough. Walter Berns, who on the whole belongs to the former group, says that many of the Court’s recent decisions have incorporated a prejudice that may have very serious consequences.
